The first phase of the protein diet starts with you eating only protein foods for the first 4 days, protein + vegetables on the 5th day, protein on the 6th day, and protein + vegetables on the 7th day. The goal of the attack phase is to quickly lose your first few kilos, and then continue a steady weight loss in the Cruise Phase. You will also need to drink 2 liters of clean water a day and walk for 20 minutes!
